YES! This is the first time OHI have been to Brum since 2009. They will be bringing with them their irresistibly ramshakle, tender, and life-affirming bitter-sweet indiepop all the way from Boston (that's in the US ...of A).

You know these guys, right? You KNOW these guys! Falling & Laughing are lynchpins of the Brum scene. They have their very own brand of tweegaze riotnrrrd indiepop and you love it.

August Actually
This Nottingham-based band of troubadours were last seen in Brum back in September when they brought their indiepopfolk sea shanties to support the might Bearsuit!

All this fine musicality will bea-hapening at The Station, Kings Heath and it canall be YOURS for the measly sum of THREE EARTH POUNDS, so pull yer finger out.

Thanks for hosting this, Ray! It was our favourite gig we've done in Birmingham so far, by far! I wish we'd been able to stick around longer (and apologies to anybody who I didn't get to have a proper conversation with - I got accosted by my parents/grandparent/monkey-mask bearing best friend and consequently didn't get to chat with many people). More gigs in King's Heath!

...I know I'll sound like a complete and utter George Costanza but I was VERY IMPRESSED by the parking situation.

That was a bloody good night, if I do say so myself. I think that's pretty much what gigs should be like (midweek gig, anyway, obviously weekend gigs need DANCIN' til the wee hours).

Thanks for playing, you were mega! Shame you couldn't stick around, but we'll have a catch up befoer never, I'm sure.

Also, Birmingham doesn't acknowledge possessive apostrophes in proper nouns, so it's really "Kings Heath", that's not my illiteracy talking.
