Anyone see the rail special in the Travel bit of Saturday's Guardian? There was a bit about Indietracks, complete with a Bob Underexposed photo of Colin Clary playing on the train watched by several denizens of this parish. Eeeeeeee!

(There was also a bit of lazy weekend subbing: the word "EXPLAIN" was left in at the end after a bit about the disco carriage. Heh.)

Yes! I was kind of susprised that people hadn't mentioned it here. I'll try and scan the article in a little while, seeing as Colin might like that.

Aw, that's ace. Eeee! It'd be lovely if you could scan it, Martijn. Was there something in the Times about Indietracks as well on Saturday?

Indietracks is all I've been thinking about in the last few days.

Score! That's the back of my head! I'm famous.

I want to cut my hair shorter again now.

On Saturday someone told me there's a picture of me at Indietracks in this book:
http://www.play.com/Books/Books/-/189/246/-/8644092/The-Cool-Camping-Guide-To-Festivals/Product.html?searchtype=genre.
I haven't seen it so I don't know whether it's a bit about Indietracks or the campsite itself.
Has anyone seen it?

My hopes of being famous are crushed knowing you made it into a book.

I was once in the catalog for the college I went to. I have that at least.

If you look closely in the stained glass window in the church at Indietracks there is a biblical scene depicting me buying the last veggie burger and throwing it away out of spite.

Indietracks was also written about in Time Out London in their '101 [or some such number] things to do this summer' issue about two weeks ago. The mag had a festivals pull-out mini-mag in it and Indietracks was featured under the 'Boutique festivals' section. It was only a paragraph and it dragged out the usual cardigans 'n' anoraks cliches but it was in there!

Oh, was it? I missed both Colin Clary and Pete Dale on the train last year (never again) so it couldn't have been me on those photos. I think. I can't say I knew where I was half the time.

This year we should all wear anoraks and then cardigans on top.

I just took a photo of mine because I never look at it and I don't have two mirrors to do the two mirror trick.

It's a muss back there!

The back of my head is just lovely, but it's not in there because I was waiting on a beer when the Colin train left all too punctually.
