Right, it was inevitable... click it if you want.
For now, here's just what the first blog post says.

Torsdag: Landet
Fredag: Lasse i Parken* and Southside's both floors
Lördag: Gula Villan, Haninge*
Söndag: Southside's top floor

* not yet 100% confirmed

Further info will obviously follow.
For now, here are a couple of thoughts about the 5 years festival and next summer's shindig!

* The ticket system was confusing and a bit messy - I got nervous when people started getting in touch from abroad and simply wanted to make sure everyone got in... this time around: just be there early
* The closeness to Indietracks was intended but is not repeated (at least not in detail); using the Emmaboda week was not intended and is not repeated either
* Saturday in Haninge ended a little abruptly since you drank a lot more lager than the Gula Villan crew expected, and although I do think they know what you're like now...
* ...the Sunday will in 2010 be a very long breakfast with some nice music to secure a proper round-off

Feedback, requests, etcetera - everything is very welcome!

That's really exciting. I wonder which country I'll be in then.

Am I going to have to make my first trip to Sweden this year? I think perhaps I am.

Hullo again! And thanks for your kind words.
The first acts are now confirmed. I'm quite thrilled to say that The Just Joans and Stella Rocket will play at Cosy Den 2010!
There's some further info on here: http://cosyden2010.blogspot.com

Nearly forgot! The venues will, as I've said previously, be a bit different. But not much.

But right now, I'm trying to dare place both Friday and Saturday in Haninge!

What do you think of that? Any opinions?

Lasse i Parken is obviously very nice and all but they're just not that fun to work with, a bit too posh and ignorant for my taste...

So, for the moment:

Torsdag: Landet
Fredag: Gula Villan, Haninge*
Lördag: Gula Villan, Haninge*
Söndag: Southside's top floor/Southside's bottom floor*/Southside's outside tables (mini soundsystem!)*

* to be completely confirmed, but is now preliminarly booked!

Aw, fantastic! Looking forward to seeing you again!

Oh, and de Montevert and The Baseball Field are now confirmed
Read blurbs about them here.

I also got a nice e-mail. I'll post my reply on here as well, in case it's any help to someone!

Dear Mattias,
Well, I'm getting very excited and looking at flights etc... already!
If you have any suggestions for accommodation, it would be great to hear them! Is it best to stay in Stockholm and take the train back and forth to Haninge? Anyway, no rush on this - I'm just dreaming !
Thank you for all of your help!

Hello there!
Really glad you're looking into visiting the festival!
It would probably be best to stay in Stockholm, yes. The train to Haninge takes just 20 minutes.
I can have a look at hostels or hotels if you'd like me to, but for now, you should know that public transport is pretty good and that it's worth staying somewhere that's not very central. The prices go up quite a bit in the summer, and especially in the city itself.
Hope you're not JUST dreaming! Would be fantastic if you came.
Please let me know if you have further questions - I'd be happy to help out if I can!

Quoting myself from the Cosy Den 2010 blog:

One of the hardest things about doing this festival thing again: the thought that it couldn't possibly be as great again is quite frightening. Also, having over 40 confirmed guests on the Facebook event before I'd even confirmed anything at all was rather scary! And one of the things I'm trying to avoid is having too many of the artists from 2009 playing again. But when The Smittens and Allo, Darlin' really wanted to come back as a tour pack - I simply couldn't say no! Last summer was the first time in Sweden for both bands, and despite perhaps not being all that well-known beforehand, it would be an understatement to say that they blew the Cosy Den crowd away! So, the Thursday is the opening day of the festival, and since it fits best for these bands - I might just turn it into a wonderful "ghost of 2009" night and put those acts into a very different context than the one they were in last year!

So, confirmed are: The Smittens and Allo Darlin'!

Oh, and confirmed to play: Moustache of Insanity and Sock Puppets! Read more here.

(the Just Joans have unfortunately had to pull out due to work-related problems.)
