It's like every episode is a finale right now - if they can keep up this pace then it's going to be quite some season.
Twin Peaks and GoT Mondays are such a treat!

Re: Indiepop high points 2007-2017
Indietracks 2008 - plucked up the courage to meet some of the weird internet people and see what this world was all about. Probably a life-changing experience. The Deirdres are joy incarnate and ballboy blow me away. The Lucksmiths in Glasgow, 2008 - Travel from Stornoway to see The Lucksmiths play...

Re: The Magnetic Fields
Have front row tickets for the second day in Edinburgh which I realise may be a little incomplete, but it would be tough to get there from work on the Friday for the first part. Still to hear the album mind you! Need to rectify that before then.

Re: Glasgow Pop!South Weekender 2017
This was just the greatest thing. I'm still on a high. Even Indietracks itself has its work cut out now. Thanks again, Jo and Chris! Gavin bloody Osborn. Well, just everyone. Pop music. Bloody hell. Thanks, Pete. Sunday was just one of my favourite ever days of Pop!South. A perfect day for me. I th...

Re: Your Indietracks 2017 Wishlist
I know I've already said Sacred Paws, so this isn't another vote as such, but I saw them play the other week and it was the most purely joyful live show I've seen in a long time. Would be amazing on a sunny day on the main stage.

This starts 3 weeks today!
And no, I don't have a fully confirmed line-up yet. Where would be the fun in that?!

Re: Glasgow Pop!South Weekender 2017
I do want to come to this but it is too early for me to commit yet - how soon/likely is it to sell out? The usual thing in previous years is for Saturday and Weekend tickets to sell out and for there to be maybe a few left for the other days but not until much nearer the time. You're ok for a good ...

Re: Share indie pop videos here...
Hard to know how objective you're being when you know a band so well, but I'm pretty sure every song on their 6 track EP is great! Proper melodic, jangly pop - https://bodyheatglasgow.bandcamp.com/album/bodyheat The video was a lot of fun to make! Quite ambitious for a first go in a way but I think...

Re: Share indie pop videos here...
Helped Bodyheat make this silly video because they're my friends and/or wife. For fans of jangly pop, BMX Bandit psychiatrists and ex members of Dananananakroyd doing slow claps. The pedigree! Talking of pedigree there's a cute wee dog in it too. I remembered to come back and watch this when we wer...
