Brewdog are trademarking fanzine

I've just come across this which is worrying:

https://m.facebook.com/douglas.spencer. ... 0419176102

The trademark application is here:

Re: Colour Me Wednesday

And the fact two teenage girls finished their set while grown men threw bottles at them when pretty much any of the other band would have stormed off in the same situation makes them a lot more credible.

I'll shut up now...

Re: Colour Me Wednesday

And the thing that's made me cross is that you're using the fact that they were bottled as an indication of their worthiness or credibility but it's just an indication of violent, loutish behavior by a bunch of knobheads who were upset that 'their' festival was being invaded by girl cooties.

Re: Colour Me Wednesday

In 2000 Daphne & Celeste were a big hit amongst indiepop fans in Sheffield and filled the dance floor whenever they were played at Offbeat. They were bottled by misogynistic lad rock loving twats at Reading. They're a great pop band - some of the best pop is 'manufactured' and much better than a lot...

Everyone! Yesterday I had a limited edition vegetable katsu pastie. Veg and chickpeas (chickpeas!) in a sort of chip shop curry sauce. The pastry had sort of crispy bits on as well (see Wheatabeat passim - I really liked that though!). I'm probably not doing it justice but it was a thing of profoun...

I've just bought ours :-). We've no idea yet what to do with child and dog - our best plan so far is a Home Alone scenario!

Re: 2017! What a year

It was great again as usual! I'm still completely exhausted now though... Thank you so much to every one involved in organising/running it! <3 <3 <3 My highlights: Monkey Swallows The Universe doing a Slow Down Tallahassee cover - very emotional but very lovely. Cola Jet Set and Lucky Soul - I enjoy...

Re: The weather pessimism thread

Current reports suggest a biblical deluge in the early hours of Saturday morning. Why oh why am I camping again this year? Otherwise maybe a few showers during Sunday. Don't worry, our tent will keep you dry! Anyway the deluge has now moved to Friday evening - just in time for all the bands on the ...

This is really making me laugh a lot - somebody's response to an angry broflake's rant about a TARDIS full of bras (to the tune of Yellow Submarine): On the planet where I was born Lived a Doctor who sailed through time And she told us of her life In a Tardis full of bras WE ALL LIVE IN A TARDIS FUL...

Re: Vegan & Vegetarian Food

I just saw a report on the news about robots milking cows and I've decided to become vegan. Surely this goes against everything we understand about tonieee and robots. Actually the robot was the good bit. They were selling it as being beneficial to the cows quality of life. To emphasize this they s...
