Re: The Football

we're getting in some players proven at championship level, and with attributes that compliment the existing squad... Do you mean "complement", or are you wittily suggesting they make your current players look good? bugger me, i actually didn't know that the two meanings had two spellings. i'm goin...

You reds. sod that... four extremely decent looking signings and clearly more on the way. we're getting in some players proven at championship level, and with...

Re: The Football

I see Notts County are about to be taken over by some Middle Eastern businessmen. This can only end in hilarious disaster, and I, for one, look forward to it. i have heard forest fans moaning because of this deal... where forest are suck with an owner who has loads of money, no desire to make a ret...

Re: Public transport policy

They've encouraged people to get them by really, really hiking the prices up for non-Oyster customers - it used to be £1.50 to get from one London station to another only a few years ago, but it's now about £4. They've also made it much more expensive to drive into London, which has probably helped...

I'm now doubly sorry i'm not going to Primevera this weekend - would have liked to say thankyou to every Barca fan i met. You just know ITV had some sort of musical montage to Man Utd that they will now never be able to show. Stupid commentary saying of the night; "There are some good passers on th...
