This made me laugh, its sort of Jarvis meets Buster Keaton but not a lot happens. I half expected it to all fall down after he walked away.

totally wicked and equally ace

This is the point I should probably confess that the above photo was actually taken at Madame Tussauds.
In their hip café?

I got told about a month ago Pulp are playing Hyde Park next summer, but was told to keep it quiet, well, i guess this means the cat has left the bag.

I've never to Primavera, but i think i might have to now.

I'm not sure why they describe Pulp as mythical - I'm pretty sure I've seen them play a few times in real life. I don't think I imagined it.

i liked that as well - i don't think it's the best-written site ever

still, the festival always looks ace, and the addition of Pulp to the line-up won't make things any worses whatsoever!

I imagine some of it might get lost in translation, but i had been wondering if Russell would be involved, i'm quite glad he is.

Just looking at the Primavera line up now, Comet Gain and Jad Fair are far more exciting to me, which is dumb really as i've kind of stopped going to see Comet Gain in London due to constant disappointment and annoyance.

Theres probably a Primavera thread somewhere round here isn't there...

Yes I'm sure that's what they meant. Spanish speakers use 'mítico' in the same way we use 'legendary'.

I've been the last 4 years, but I don't think I'm actually going to go next year. It's just got too expensive.

Yeah, me too Andy. And of course we're saving for our wedding. We are considering the OFF festival in Katowice, Poland as a cheaper alternative. Looks an ace lineup year on year although it's far from the sun, sea and party-til-8am mayhem of Primavera.
Fuck your tea room.

I know a few people who will be absolutely stoked that Pulp have reformed for a few gigs.

They never caught them in their heyday. Just last weekend, I spoke to a friend who was mentioning how disappointed she was to have never seen them.

Well, she can now!!

I don't doubt that their gigs will be hugely popular.

Everyone should be stoked. They're the bestest band ever ever.

I was stuck on a National Express coach from Plymouth to London when I heard about it this morning. It totally made my day.
