i see you've changed your avatar, cedric, the better to proclaim your passion for the horizontal stripe. it's obviously a cause you believe in!

Aw, I love that pic. That was the 80s though. Those stripes are probably lemon yellow and charcoal or something.

Hah, we actually had some product samples sent in for our library the other day that were addressed to 'The Liberian'.

When I was younger I thought that 'Liberian Girl' by Michael Jackson was actually called 'Librarian Girl'.

I feel for anyone who's a Liberian Librarian. "Look, you've already TOLD me what country you're from, but what do you DO?"

Anyway...

i don't know why but this reminds me of the fact i used to think "buffalo soldier" by bob marley was "buffalo sofa" when i was about 6.

well, i'm going to let myself off for straying from the topic, because so far this thread has encompassed florals, polka dots, and checks too :)

my sister always refers to me as a liberian and everytime i say "no i'm from new zealand, like you". it's never funny but she never learns.

i don't think 'rules' apply to men's shirts - you just have to 'feel' it.
