If I cant decide what to wear when I go out I always think a black A-line dress, a nice pair of tights and pretty shoes. It solves everything!

I dont own jeans - I am always in skirts and dresses (on the odd occasion peddle pushers) so my home clothes are usually dressed down versions. I may put a pair of pjs on if I have had a bath or am really tired/ill

I've created this handy cut out and keep 'failsafe' do's and don't style guide using nothing more than my own inate sense of style and an old copy of jackie magazine

I think you'll find it invaluable

So bascially we all need to go to the hairdressers armed with a picture of Deirdre Barlow circa 1989?

My failsafe outfit in summer, at home to sit outside in the most comfortable manner:

Bandeau/strapless bikini top
Er, pants
An Indian silk scarf that I can wrap around me that my mum bought for me during a vacation there.
Hairscarfband-thingy that protects my hair and keeps it out of my face
Lots of sunscreen

It's so comfortable I want to weep, and is nice and cooling. For the beach, just change pants for bikini bottoms and you're there.

Summer is ACE. You don't need much clothing, which is so nice! I love it.
