Online shops

Post by Karenbee » Fri Aug 29, 2008 21:15

Hi

What websites do people here look at to browse/buy stuff?. I'm so uninspired by the usual places I look at the moment and want to find some new places to nose around and spend too much money in.

Hi Karenbee,
do you know this? http://www.okversand.com/default.php?language=en" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
It is a German mail order shop (with one real shop in Cologne now, I think) but they have some fun things.
They have an English language version of the page as well.

hope that helps!

http://www.oli.co.uk and http://www.very.co.uk also occasionally have some nice stuff but there is also some crap to shift through. Oh, if you can ignore the fact that the latter is something to do with Fearne Cotton.

Modcloth.com is a great (American) website that delivers to Europe. They have everything from cute clothing (that I am sure would run petite) to things like cute prints, jewelry, trinkets etc.

For example, I enjoy these woodland critter whisks:

Basically, I want most of their apartment stuff. SO much cuteness.

I follow this blog: http://www.domesticsluttery.com/ which updates quite a bit on online shops for house/dresses/cakes etc and often has lovely little online shops I've never heard of on.
