Re: Mexican food

Lyns, don't know if this helps but V-Bites do really good vegan chorizo that you can get in Holland and Barrett. I recently discovered Asda sell chipotle paste and it tastes good on absolutely everything, including sandwiches. Unfortunately I don't have any bean-based advice as I don't eat beans, ev...

Re: Birmingham

There's a matinee David Leach/OPS/Sonic the Comic show in The Dental Surgery in Moseley, aka my house on April 26th.

I won't be going to popfest that weekend but indiehorse, you're welcome to stay if you need to on that Saturday (but only if you PROMISE to come to the gig too ;) )

Awesome, looks great! Library Voices are one of my absolute favourite bands, and Step Off the Map and Float is my favourite song of theirs! They are the best live, I hope they come back to the UK soon.

Re: Sheffield 20/10 Flatmates/Velodrome 2000/Sweet Nothings

During the Flatmates' set I was happy all the time. Even though they didn't play Happy All The Time (I think). gc Wasn't it the first one on the setlist? And I wasn't even there! #fanboy Yeah, we've been playing it first every time! It was so much fun! I really loved the Sweet Nothings and Velodrom...

Re: Canadians, help me make a mixtape.

I have a large amount of Canadian indie music, most of which is not necessarily indiePOP but here's some great bands anyway (also I would be extremely keen to hear the finished mix! I'm never sure what the pop scene is like in Canada): Bands: Library Voices Said The Whale Apollo Ghosts Hidden Camera...

Re: Indietracks 2013 Photos and Memories

I've been meaning to reply to this thread and just had a lovely chat over dinner about how ace Indietracks is and got a bit sad that it's over for another year. It was all wonderful but my particular highlights were Ray's campsite disco (I'm not very good at staying awake for entire discos but I was...
