the chickfactor website has some good photos which i don't think are on o'hara's page (though i think she took them). the one of tracyanne campbell circa 2002 in the 'cf black + white ball, london 2002' is my favorite.

give it a another go. it seems to be either an instant favorite with people, or a bit of an acquired taste. do you remember what episodes you saw?
question for people with knowledge of london buses... so, i just bought my ticket for the june 12th twee as fuck night, and i'll be traveling by train up from the southern channel coast into victoria station. from victoria, how do i get to the buffalo bar, whose address i believe to be - 259 upper s...
oh, i never re-posted after asking my ex-bognor resident friend for advice. much to my dismay. she said "don't do it" very encouraging. she also said there are many fine charity shops. other than that, th einternets tells me that brighton is less than an hour away by train and an off-peak day retur...
so, for all of you hanging on my transatlantic move updates, i arrived in bognor regis yesterday, and 'interesting' as an adjective hardly does it justice. i've moved into butlins workers' quarters (which still smell like fresh paint) and the weather is quite blustery. nevertheless, the people are r...

so, i got a job as a bartender at the butlins resort in bognor regis, and i've no idea what to expect. i'm moving from colorado (where i've lived for almost two years now) to bognor regis in the middle of may, and i'll be living a completely new life in beautiful west sussex until the middle of july...
so, i read on the wiki entry for cam ob that they've finished recording their new record, and "that a new album will be released in 2009". i've checked their myspace and blogspot page, but have yet to find out any more information - exact date, name, label (though i assume its merge), et cetera, et ...
thanks to the wonderful matinee holiday sale i just bought eight seven-inches, including the lucksmiths, pipas, harper lee, kosmonaut, and the windmills. oh, and i thought the hermit crabs' new single is rather charming - "correspondence course" is a solid track, though i find it rather uninspired c...
These were my thoughts on the Baby I'm Yours EP, for what it's worth: http://russellsmusicreviews.blogspot.com/2008/12/math-and-physics-club-baby-im-yours-ep.html good review, just commented :). and, as long as we're pimping our respective mapc reviews, here's mine... http://shinelikeanewpin.blogsp...
they're ace. math and physics club is one of my favorite lp's, and i just bought baby i'm yours a couple weeks ago, and it's gold. i feel like they don't really have a dud in their catalog. very consistent.
