powerful 80s songs etc

hi i'm looking for suggestions for 80s pop synthesizer-driven (or drum machines, bonnie tyler - holding out for a hero) songs with attitude and preferably female vocals, in line with: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1xlhXQvgZ7E http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6A6ZN5TBics http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...

Re: Your Indietracks 2012 Wishlist (and actual announcements

I'd pay a hundred quid just to hear one Pop Art song, and if The Furious Seasons are booked perhaps the Steinharts can be persuaded to do so... I'm not quite sure which one I'd prefer though. Look , they've actually been playing together this fall!!!! woowowowooowo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vd...

Re: Summer playlists

And Burn and Faith Healer, summer perfection. I wish I hadn't used them all already. Maybe I'll sneak in Waiting for the Parade this year.

Re: Summer playlists

My 2009 summer favourites were these: Big Dish - Burn & European Rain & Faith Healer Robert Johnson - Leslie 4 Out Of 5 Doctors - Waiting for Roxanne (this one I'm guilty of using two summers in a row, but it's terrific for walking around) Marshall Crenshaw - Girls... (the same goes for this one, aa...

Summer playlists

I've just started on my summer playlist(s) and this year I'm a unusually short on ideas. The wells of the summerish part of my music collection have been emptied these last three years and last year I wasn't that active digging up new stuff, which has left me falling behind. For me playlists have li...

Chatham

what's there to do in chatham? must-sees and must-dos? or should you just stay off (i won't, but measures might be taken)?

apparently pagitt street looks a lot like privet drive. they even had dementors gliding through the area last night.
