Re: Congleton Going Up The Country Weekend 2015

Hope you're all having a lovely time! I couldn't face camping in the pouring rain, so after loading all the car up I decided not to go. Stupid weather.

Re: Congleton Going Up The Country Weekend 2015

I hope it stops raining. It's going to take a week to dry out my stupid heavy canvas tent and I'm gonna have soggy bunting.

Re: TV Quick: talk about things on telly succinctly

Anyone been watching any of that slow telly stuff on BBC Four? http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p02q34z8. It's the greatest thing that's ever happened. Chris Watson's Dawn Chorus and the glass programme particularly, but yeah, God. I watched the canal boat one for about half an hour but I was gettin...

Re: Another year, another arson at Midland Railway

It's desperately sad news, this is. It breaks my heart that all the unpaid love that goes in to keeping the place going can be a target for people to destroy. It doesn't make any sense to me whatsoever.

Awww, the line-up looks brilliant! I don't think we can afford to go this year, which is crap because it looks like the best one yet.

Re: Glasgow Pop!South Weekender 13th - 15th Feb 2015

This was ace, thanks so much Jo and Chris and everyone for organising it. I bet you're all knackered now. I love Glasgow, it's brill. My particular favourite was No More Tiger who were hilarious and dead good fun and nearly made me bust a lindyhop but then the song finished so I didn't. Glad Cafe is...

Re: The Hobbes Fanclub

I was listening to Up At Lagrange today and was wondering about the collage of bands in 'I knew you'd understand' and was wondering if this was artistic licence or if there is an actual collage that Leon made and I was thinking I would like to see the collage. There is a significant chance I have co...

Wahey! Thank you so much, all of you lovely lot! Really looking forward to hearing what you've done! When you're ready, send me a PM and I'll let you know where to email your songs.

Closing date for submissions is likely to be extended, so don't let the timescale put you off doing anything.

Ace! So glad you're both happy to do something for it, that's ace!

You've got 5 weeks. Do you want me to nudge you when there's two to go? I don't know where to nudge.

EVERYONE GET ON WITH IT, I'M LOOKING AT YOU, NEVER RECORDED STUFF BEFORE PEOPLE, TOO.

Actually moved from nudging to bullying now.
