Friday 2nd June - The Thyme Machine - CHATHAM

We're taking our hesitant first steps into promoting a gig - please come and support us so we don't get too disheartened to do another one! Chatham is reachable in 40 minutes from Central London (St Pancras via HS1, so it's a decent service) and the venue is within a 10-minute walk of the station. I...

Re: Glasgow Pop!South Weekender 2016 - Glasgow 12th-14th Feb

Me too. I've managed to negotiate going for the whole weekend as part of my birthday celebrations (which apparently are 'significant' this year).

I'll be the old, bald guy who's had too much to drink.

Come and say 'hi' if you want to.

Re: NYC POPFEST 2015 - May 28-31

Me and a mate are coming over from England for this and, apart from the music, we're wondering what else to do to fill the time. I wondered what advice people might have. I know there's a million things to do but the only thing we've agreed is that we don't want to do anything that tourists usually ...

Re: LDN 7-10 Jan - The 4th Annual Fortuna POP! Winter Sprint

I've now got two tickets available for the Joanna Gruesome gig on Thursday night. Massively disappointed that I can't make it, so thought someone else might be able to make use of them.

If anyone's interested, just let me know and we'll sort something out.

"I'm in a dilemma"

I'm off to Indietracks this year for the first time. While there are some bands I really want to see, there are loads that I don't know about. What's the best approach: do some serious homework between now and then and pick some kind of preferred schedule or just leave it to chance when we get there...

Re: Allo, Darlin'

The album launch was just a fantastic night. The band were on top form and were the best I've seen them. It's just so good to see a band so obviously enjoying themselves; you can't help but have a big cheesy grin all evening. Excellent support from Standard Fare as well.
