I really want to help, but neither of us really stays in hotels when we're there... but there is a cool looking hostel in a boat if that sounds good. Jens... Lars Frodo... would probably have some good suggestions as he has stayed in Stockholm hotels a fair old bit. If you and your Mrs fancy meeting...

I just got my days off approved, so I shall get to do my first ever Swedish Christmas... it's very exciting. We're flying out the day after Lucia and I intend to love every minute. I also intend to try to make the journey as close to free as possible. The alternative was spending Christmas alone... ...

Oooh, We're getting out of Hull early today because it's going to be a bit crazy down at the stadium... there having a rugby match AFTER a football match (with two hours to turn things round) and they are setting up for Hull fair... not a good time to live minutes from the stadium.
