It's magic, isn't it. Come to Latitude. You know you want to. You can give James a lift. And laugh at my pixie costume. It makes sense!noodlé wrote:the recent smattering of sun has made me want to go to festivals again. BOOM!

Disappointingly, I hate the fabrics (there are 2 types, both as bad as each other) of the black backless dress. The shape is awesome. I could totally go bra-less in it, it looks gorgeous the way it fits, skimming my hips and then nipping in around the waist and ribcage to give just the right amount ...
Yes! Come!indiehorse wrote:I must go. I must.
And you. I thought you said you and Rose were thinking of doing Latitude this year anyway? You definitely should. I told Rose that too!Wheatabeat wrote:I wanna go!
Oh I'd have to wear it over something I suspect. It will probably look awful on me and go straight back anyway. But I just love the button detailing and have a crazy thing about backless stuff even though it is totally impractical.
I'm waiting on another ASOS order. I returned the bikini (top was too small plus I don't actually need a bikini), the shirt (not fitted enough for my boobs to waist ratio) and the trousers (material really bad for picking up fluff which is a real shame because the fit was gorgeous) and instead order...
I wanna go pub too. What time are people meeting tonight? I was planning to go to the gym first but I've decided energetic dancing can take the place of boring gym stuff today. I'm gonna drink gin and make merry instead. Yeah.
Primavera can be done on the cheap if you buy your ticket and flights nice and early. Though the exchange rate has made it far pricier for us Brits this year. The ticket was about £75 (worked out at just over £50 last year) and my flights were £60. Six of us are staying in a really swanky apartment ...

I made orange and honey cake on thursday evening because I was a bit bored and a lot peckish. It turned out brilliantly. My new gluten free baking book is definitely a WIN. Yay. I also made nutty seed loaf yesterday from the same book and that was delicious too. I had a delicious cheese, chutney and...
After months and months of not hearing anything from my estate agent, someone went to look at my flat today (while I'm up in Gateshead staying with my sister for a bit) and he quite liked it apparently. It's some doctor moving up from London. He's coming back in a few weeks for another look at mine ...
It is that cute in real life, yeah, but sadly the top doesn't fit me very well. It's Freya so it is in theory the right size as I ordered the same as I wear in a bra, it's just not the right shape for me. It was something like £45 for the set from ASOS.

Baws. Indietracks 2009 looks like the best yet, but I cannae make it this year as I have prior plans that weekend involving PJ Harvey, a couple of friends and a whole lot of cider. I hope I manage to see some of these folks playing elsewhere or I'll be furious with myself for missing all the fun.
Aww. Congratulations, James. That's ace news. But, yeah, about time too!indiehorse wrote:Guess what, I've signed up to get Internet access my flat. It's only taken me two and a half years to get around to it.
