Re: The Football

Though it's largely an issue in midfield and we often find ourselves without a full-back and end up with a midfielder filling in there (badly). As we as Snodgrass and Robinson (weeble) in the wide midfield positions we also have the following who would probably describe themselves as centre-midfiel...

Re: The Football

Thanks Matt! Is there a big squad at Leeds? There's been a bit of managerial turnover as well as money to spend, and I always think a few decent players must get kind of lost behind the fridge in that sort of situation. Yes, i'd imagine we've got the biggest squad in the division and largely for th...

Re: Alfreton Travelodge

I booked the Travelodge ages ago for 2 of us and now another mates has decided to come to Indietracks.

When i tried to switch the booking to 3 people, it just gives me the Family Room option - which i think is a double bed and sofa bed.

Anyone managed to get a 3 seperate beds option ?

Re: The Football

While you're here, mkgleeds, can you throw any light on these? TOWN boss Mike Newell is hoping to make a triple swoop this morning, signing Leeds midfielder Peter Sweeney, Bradford striker Barry Conlon and former Leeds keeper Jonathan Lund - all signing until the end of the season. Ok. It's Matt BT...

Re: The Football

Leeds fans... we've just signed Ian Westlake until the end of the season. Cheltenham boards are giving him massive praise on their forum (even though he'd only been there for a few months and they're bottom), is he really all he's cracked up to be? He's Ok. Was a regular in the team when we zoomed ...

Re: It's better by bus

Earlier this evening I had to go to Streatham in south west London, so I took the number 315 bus from Balham. Turns out there's a system whereby from Streatham until the last stop in Norwood, you can stop or hail the bus anywhere on its route. It's completely confusing if you don't know where you'r...

Re: looking for concerts/clubs/music stores to go to in FL!

Just got back from a few days in Miami (on the way back from the cricket) and it did seem like the least indiepop place in the world.
We were mainly in Miami Beach though - which i suspect is a little world all of its own.

Airboat ride in Evergaldes thoroughly recommended though.

Re: 15 Mar - Speedmarket Avenue + The School + Gresham Flyers

Sppedmarket Avenue were great - shame so few people were there to see them !.

Still having members of the band joining the audience at times is one way to boost the numbers.
