Time for the fairweather fans to get their jerseys out again! But seriously, sounds like we could have lost both the opening games - but we can score tries and we definately have the squad to do something special. How many teams can take off players like Hook and Phillips and replace them with players like Stephen Jones and Peel? We are lucky!
Still, when all's said and done, me mum is very happy!

Re: Rugby
Too right!
How did that happen?!
We played like gods against France - I've never seen us play like that! How many times did they get into our 22? Once? And that was ehen we won the ball from their scrum!
Bonkers.
If I ever have a kid I'm gonna call him Shane...

Aye, nice to see some proper athletes at Old Trafford, rather than the usual overpaid primadonnasdjbones wrote:Well played Leeds Rhinos - three Grand Final wins (all against Saints) back-to-back.

Re: Rugby
Waouh, didn't think that there would be some rugby fans there. I used to play a lot 10 years ago (at wing or full back) and I miss it a lot.
Couldn't see Wales - France last week because of the Popfest, hope that we're going to Grand Slam now.

Re: Rugby
France against England tonight, the most important game of the year for us. Grand Slam isn't far... can't wait.

Re: Rugby
Thanks ! We did :)
As usual against England, our boys were really nervous and started the game in an awful way. The heavy rain didn't help us. Fortunately, our scrum was incredible and distroyed the English one... 12-10 at the end, very short but that's enough.
Grand Slam, YAY !

Re: Rugby
It's Sunday, not yet 8AM. I just woke up, I have to go to the pub and I'll probably have my first pint in less than two hours. Argh.

Re: Rugby
That was quite a great start for the 6 Nations. There's nothing better than beating England... or perhaps beating them in the last minutes with a beautiful try scored by a rookie. Congrats to both sides for this utterly exciting game.
