Hear The Sweet Nothings, ¡Ay, Carmela!, Wolf Girl, Me Rex, Chrissy Barnacle!
Watch the FA Cup final!
Support Women Beyond Borders!
Eat cake!

It'll be ace!
As I previously mentioned in the gig thread for this, I'm coming, but I'm also going to Trev's T-dead gig.
I've not quite worked out the logistics of being in two places at once but I'm sure it will be fine.

Who's going to see Colleen Green tonight, comrades? I'd love to have a few drinks beforehand if anyone's about.

29/08 PETE ASTOR / TEYR / THE LEFT OUTSIDES - Daylight Music @ Union Chapel, Islington, 12.00-14.00

Heeeeeeeeeey! I'm putting on my 3rd ever show in London on the 12th September and I hope a bunch of you can come!

I've got Kate's Party from Dublin headlining and then also Colour Me Wednesday, Wolf Girl AND Daniel vs The World.

It's at the Montague Arms and is only £4 advance. Here's my ticket link, its done through paypal and has a super low transaction fee:

You can also get a ticket on the door for £5

Here's the event link for even more details:

Can you make it out for an early pint? Gonna meet Sandy somewhere around half five-ish, and hopefully Trev. If not, no worries - I'll see you at the show!

Can't meet that early but let me know where you are and I'll come and find you as soon as I can.

I appreciate I've been absent from Anorak a long time and have lost touch with all but a few people, but I'm in London until July 5 and then other parts of the UK and possibly other parts of Europe until August 5.

Anyone in London interested in an informal reading group of some sort? Poetry? I'd like to improve my poetry talk and discover new poets.

xoxo

I come London to support my football team and on this occasion I also wanted to visit the Goon Sax Show, unfortunately it's already sold out. Anyone has a ticket to spare for the show at The Shacklewell Arms?
