I think it's just a bit of the ring road, but there's diversions and that.

I'd love to, but I can't.

If anyone's around in Bridgford tomorrow I'll probably be in the Stratford from about 1pm.

Oooh, yes, I think I might like that. Are there plans afoot? Train catching plans, perhaps?
Give over.

just me (and marianthi) at the minute. jaynie said she'd go when she was drunk, though the offer was quickly withdrawn this morning. yeah it's going to be a train. last trains back are are 23:39 and 1:07. dunno what time i'm planning to get down but the gig starts at 8 and and pete's on first.

I'll aim for the same and talk to you later. I don't know Leicester so I will most likely get lost if I try to find it on my own. *whimpers*

Unhelpfully, Firebug is right on the edge of the pedestrianised bit of the city centre. Helpfully, that means it's very near the city centre, and walkable from the station. Look for a big McDonalds, which is next door.

Where's this mythical post office on Lower Parliament Street some of you talk about with misty eyes?

Sorry I wasn't about to welcome Nottinghammers to our humble city of Leicester on Friday. I was in Scarborough, which to my surprise was very lovely indeed

Not that one, dufus! That's the main one. And it's closed at the moment, anyway. There's a little counter in the sorting office on Huntingdon Street.
