I still can't get my head round Prussia. It was massive what happened to it.

Also interesting is that South America hasn't really changed much.
And by me, I mean, Flexo.

It is, isn't it.

Prussia subsumed all those funky German nano-states, Saxony, Hanover etc.. and became the daddies of the first German Empire. Pointy helmets = Prussian.

I reckon S.America has been generally stable border-wise a) because its fucking massive and has loads of tall mountains, deserts, rain forests etc.. which make European style land war completely impractical and b) because most of those states by 1836 were youngsters having just kicked out various colonial Europeans.
