Who has the most pets in their household?

Post by alongwaltz » Fri Apr 11, 2008 19:48

Fish count as one. (I'd like to not count fish at all. They're more art than pet, but I'll relent.)

We currently have 2 dogs and 4 cats.

We have one... Moppet, the cat... but it's quality not quantity that matters and she is supremely ace.

If none of my pets had ever died, we'd be looking at Katy the dog, seven cats (George, Arthur, Flossie, Flora, Tabitha, Pippin and William), Ben the rabbit, four Syrian hamsters (Sugar, Pickle, Norbert and Hattie), two Russian hamsters whose names no-one remembers, two gerbils (ditto), many fish, mostly without nomenclature (goldfish and some tropical), Rocky the horse and Nora and Ruby the rats.

Only William survives! :'(

That is true, hence having beds* on stilts (although your modern dalek can fly, so I'm not sure how that works).

Do you ever wonder if Gav is somehow Davros in disguise? Gavros.

(obviously it's only the guest bed on stilts, daleks wouldn't exterminate you, they're in league with you.)

Wow, that is a menagerie.

I imagine them all hanging out in a living-room, Rocky dominates the room, the cats are on his back.

It's sad when they go, but I'm sure you gave them all lovely lives.

Hehe, yes it is quite a lot of pets. I like the idea of a horse with seven cats riding it, heehee. I do actually want to cry thinking about them all. Come back, Pippin! Arthur, I miss you! Katy, why did you have to die :( Boo hoo.

Sorry for taking this off topic. Should be moved to anew thread called "Who has the most dead pets?" or Dead Pets Society or something.

I am almost certain that on some goth messageboard somewhere there will be a thread called The Pet Cemetery, containing a load of photos of deceased animals. Snakes mainly.

I have a Beau. I believe he is some sort of cat. I would like to give Beau to a nice owner that doesn't mind being mauled in the mornings if their breakfast is not prepared at 6am and have him prefer to sit on ex-boyfs laps instead of theirs.
Sarcasm was the lowest form of wit. Now there's you.

Two cats and one budgie. And yes they do fight.

And yes, the budgie always wins. He's a killer bird.
