Re: Candy Twist
Thanks Martin!
I'm already working on #3. Interviews with Skinny Girl Diet, The Great Leap Forward, Mike Turner HHBTM, Sock Puppets and Withered Hand are confirmed. More to come, obviously.

Re: Candy Twist
I'm mostly talking to myself here, sorry. Just wanted to let you know Candy Twist #3 now will (most probably) feature interviews with Skinny Girl Diet, The Great Leap Forward, Mike Turner HHBTM, Sock Puppets, Withered Hand, Tullycraft, The Wendy Darlings, Young Romance, Allo Darlin' and Martha. Also: Indietracks journals by Hobbes Fanclub, The Sunbathers, Colour Me Wednesday and The Birthday Kiss, and a round table with Sean Price, Gail O'Hara, Kip Berman, Matt Haynes and others.
In short: I'm having fun.
Out in September!

This issue is 108 pages and features interviews with Allo Darlin', Sea Lions, The Great Leap Forward, Skinny Girl Diet, Martha, Tullycraft, Young Romance, The Wendy Darlings, Sock Puppets, Withered Hand and Mike 'HHBTM' Turner. Also: Indietracks journals by Hobbes Fanclub, Colour Me Wednesday and The Sunbathers, a round table with Sean Price, Kip Berman, Gail O'Hara, Pete Green, Roque Ruiz, Matt Haynes and Mike Turner, articles written by Mark Litten, Pete Bowers, Kofi Smith and me and mini-interviews with Robberie, Miguel Felt Tips, Vom Vorton, MJ Hibbett, Nat Johnson and Gary 'Dufflecoat' Sansom. The zine costs € 0,75 + shipping.

Shipping costs for multiple copies have sadly increased due to the weight of this zine.

Re: Candy Twist
Hi Dennis,
#3 looks absolutely magnificent; congratulations and well done. Due to having loads of stuff going on, I missed out on #2. Is it possible to order one of each from you directly, or do I need to go through a distro for #2?
Cheers, Murray

Really looking forward to it, Dennis. I'm sorry for being rubbish at contributing *again*. I'll have a lot more free time when I start work in a month. Looks fantastic, anyway!

Re: Candy Twist
Thanks Murray (and everyone)! I'm out of #2s right now, but I'm about to print 2 copies for Jeremy Gold-Bears, so I suppose I could print 1 extra for you. You may be cheaper off ordering from Pebble (higher zine price, lower shipping price)? Let me know what you'd prefer.Murray wrote:Hi Dennis,

Re: Candy Twist
€ 0,0069 per page. And still a lot of you Scrooges only pay shipping and forget about the zine!
Wink.
First copies will be sent out today, but I've only managed to print 10 so far, so some of you will have to wait a tiny bit longer.

Re: Candy Twist
I paid slightly more than I had to because I couldn't add 3.40 and 0.75 together in my head, which is frankly slightly worrying. Hopefully that helps!

Wasn't you! And it's only € 0,75 cents we're talking about. I thought it was more funny than annoying that so many people forgot it.roundbitsofplastic wrote:Crap balls. That wasn't me was it? I thought I did some MATHS (but I did fail my A-Level).
I sent the first issues out yesterday. I need to print a whole lot more, so I can hopefully send out everyone's order by the end of the week.
