Is Ross Kemp Dead?

Post by linus » Wed Feb 17, 2010 2:23 pm

You know how googlesearch autosuggests stuff as you type?

Well, this is a, um, distracto-thread to see what joys one can find with the minimum number of letters typed in

I found these results by typing in 'is r'

It's just a bit of fun

I may be ugly and hate-filled but... wait, what was the third thing you said?

Pockets Filled With Matches are no more, but we still have copies of our e.p. 'If Time Heals You' for sale, if you'd like one

What's most concerning is that apparently the question has been asked nearly 9 million times. Or does it mean there are 9 million answers to this question? Either way ... it's concerning. Especially for dogs.

I'm hoping there's a (slightly) reasonable explanation. Perhaps these 9 million people are stupid and think that a dog humping a leg constitutes valid sex. Or perhaps it's just one dog who has assaulted 9 million people.

No, it's still quite perturbing.

I told my colleagues about this and at 4pm yesterday, one of the most stressful days we've ever had in the office, we turned off everything else and spent about an hour shouting Google results across the room and pissing ourselves. I believe this is the start of the workers' revolution. Thankyou Andy! x

I'm delighted to hear that, marianthi, it can be fun and it can also look like work (from a distance)

I didn't invent it but it's nice to know that by posting on here workplaces are more jolly and less productive and that can only be a good thing

I can't work out how to make it into a screenshot but when I accidently typed "rrrr" I got "rrrr don't shoot the puppy" as the 2nd suggestion.
