Hey Sam! I would love to see some photos of your amigurumi... Can you post some? For inspirational reasons as well.
I bought this book yesterday http://ncane.com/6b7a" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and I hope they are delivering it tomorrow. So exciting! The only thing for me is that I am having problems understanding English crochet patterns. German ones are hard enough!
But I was also thinking about youtube videos for help. I watched some the other day and they were so so - not really good quality unfortunately.

yeah, i can't imagine how difficult it must be trying to understand crochet for the first time in another language. but it's one of those things, that once you understand it, it seems so simple! that book looks awesome too. i will post pictures of my amigurumi soon!

Thought I'd revive this thread by showing off my latest project which I have finished last week.
I still haven't crocheted anything from the Crochet me book though! I look at it a lot and it makes me very happy but I haven't started anything yet. Maybe I'll do that over the weekend.
