didn't Lightning Bolt decide to act as John Peel's personal alarm clock at ATP one year?

i'd appreciate an indietracks equivalent

I could do with hiring Lightning Bolt to wake me up in the morning at the moment.

I nominate The Just Joans. "Hey, yoy, it's almost ten-thirty / So I'm afraid you shud get out ay bed"

don't worry lads, my early morning drinkers' bottom will awake the entire camp site in unison with it's pitch perfect impression of a suprised mallard.

this rudy character sounds like a bit of a rum cove.

I sense the Midlands Indieparp Oom-Pah Band will awaken all then.

I'm glad I sit in a corner near a vent at work. I didn't even touch an ale last night and it's bumageddon all over again.

Camping? Of course! I'm also cycling from nearest train station to there, with all kit, beat that... Then again, one unseen nail on the road along the way and I miss all of Fri night...
Yeah staying in/under bricks & mortar just doesn't seem right, although I suppose if you're a performer and need your beauty sleep it is justifiable maybe...
But combining prem inn with indietracks is just not right: it's like having maccas or kfc for breakfast then going off to speak at a vegan or sustainability conference...

I've just been panic-buying foodstuffs for the weekend. Part of my haul consisted of 3 packs of noodles. It wasn't til I got home that I realised I don't have a camping stove, will anyone be takingone that I might be able to borrow for a few minutes over the weekend?
I am struck speechless by the nape of your neck.

Brilliant, thanks Tony. I have not not officially wasted 69p on noodles. I don't even know why I picked them up, I think it might have been the realisation that I am meant to be packing TODAY.

Did the campsite charge £25 per tent per night this year?
Did they charge different if there were two persons sharing the tent?

Just trying to sort some stuff out. It'd be great if there were several replies just in case there was in consistencies in the pricing.

Thanks!

They charged me 25 quid per night for 3 nights. I got the impression that it would;ve been the same for 2 people in one tent.

We paid £25 per night, two people camping as declared at time of purchase.

The campsite folks were excellent this year, no problems at all. They seemed a bit less stressed than in previous years.

Yeah, I agree. We paid £50 for two nights for two of us as we had to drive home on the Sunday. It was nice being able to keep the car on the site this time too.

So you just ring them up (the campsite) to book?

That's probably the best way to do it, yeah.

Okay. I've never booked a campsite before, I imagined there'd be some kind of online option, but looking round the site, couldn't see one.

I'm camping, although I won't be there Saturday night :(

I might last the Sunday night a bit longer than last year though.

I think I'm gonna book my camping today. Are they taking deposits this year or is it just the luck of the draw like last year? Also, are the rates still the same, or have they bumped it up AGAIN?
