Half Man Half Biscuit. I've been listening to a lot of Half Man Half Biscuit lately. I would dearly love to see them do Everything's AOR again.

Are The Woodentops a given this year? Touring a new album and that?

A few years ago I spent about TWO HOURS on the phone to Geoff from Probe Plus (i.e. HMHB's manager) listening to him explain (amongst many many other things) why HMHB don't tend to play festivals and so probably wouldn't be doing Indietracks (despite me telling him about the trains). It's mostly due to Nigel wanting to watch the football/the cricket, or get back to his own bed, or... well, all sorts of things. Geoff was lovely, though my ear didn't half ache by the end of it!

A running order squabble-fest no doubt! Thats a shame, because if ever there was a band that was tailor made for indietracks its them. And with the amount hard core 'travel-the-length-of-the-country' fans they have it would certainly help boost attendance figures.

I did notice that they played a festival in cambridge a few years back, so maybe all is not lost if they were to be asked?...
