I second this emotion. It was perfect to lay on when you were tired and emotional.

They were SO good last night in Manchester, playing like they'd never been away...

How long did they play for, SG? Stuff off all the albums? I'm dead excited for the Nottingham show.

Well (sighs slightly) thanks to the very good and forward thinking train service in this country and the inability of bands to go on when they're supposed to*, we had to leave 5 songs in** to get a reasonable train back. But they were five absolute corkers - headless in a beat motel, deanshanger and apparently they encored with Tina. I too am now over-excited for the Notts show.
(and bit of a surprisingly low turnout, considering. Shame on my townsfolk.)

* you band people may think you're being rock 'n' roll going on late but you're actually messing people around. So think on.
**reminiscent of a friend who spend 900 quid going to Chicago to see Big Black play for 22 minutes...

Bloody Nora. Soz to hear that.

Yeah, I'm not sure it's sold out in Nottingham either. I really thought the shows would be packed. It'll still be ace, mind.

I know nothing; apparently there are only ten tickets left?
