For starters...

Aislers Set (this has to happen)
The Wendy Darlings (likewise)
Giorgio Tuma (so we can all die of profound loveliness)
Pascal Comelade (I mean, come on Indietracks)
The Liminanas (and again, come on Indietracks)
The Wolfhounds (not because they're a 'legacy' band, but because they're making some genius effing music RIGHT NOW)
Try The Pie (OMG can you imagine?)
Younger Lovers (Brontez at Indietracks? A match made in heaven)
Sex Stains (Likewise Allison Wolfe, how awesome would that be?)
Comet Gain (will they ever be forgiven?)
Laetitia Sadier (in the sunshine, this time)
Spook School (they just have to play)
Tenniscoats (more profound loveliness to die for)
Dog Legs (because it's a party, right?)
Joey Fourr (because it's a party, right?)
Knife Pleats (we need Rose Melberg to be present)
Frozy (because they're Frozy)
Cee Bee Beaumont (because apparently they've reformed and they'd take the roof off the church)

I'll have more, I'm sure

Plus ones for

Sauna Youth
Cee Bee Beaumont
No Ditching
Spook School
Simon 'Big in Austria' Love

I'd also like to see

Nervous Twitch (having convinced myself they'd be playing this year)

I'm sure more will pop up over the next 51 weeks.

Because I played this year, I'm going to have to ask my legions of fans and friends to hold back their pleas for me to play again until 2017 (though your unwavering support is wholly appreciated). Instead I suggest amending your wishlists to include the end of August Actually's hiatus (now standing at 6 months, but by then probably 18!) or Poirot's Boys' (even longer). Or even Geoffrey and the Livingstones (we've never played a gig at all!). However, most of all, I hope (and truly believe) that irony works over the internet...

Non-egotistical suggestions:
Simon Love and the Old Romantics (Saturday night main stage headliners)
Simon Love (solo, headlining Sunday night in the church)
The Loves (reformed, to headline Friday night)
Mighty Kids
The Sweet Nothings
Prizefighter
Two White Cranes
The Understudies
Falling and Laughing
MJ Hibbett
Lorna
A Little Orchestra

Less likely, but c'mon:
Courtney Barnett
The Mountain Goats
Shakira (it's time, guys)
Simon Love

Apologies for the long list but you know it makes sense. Also, I've checked and none of the acts suggested has ever played Indietracks before. Which of course says nothing about their availability:

Alvvays
The Artisans
Beach Beach
Bentcousin
Billy Bragg
Blessa
Cave Ghosts
Charlie Big Time
The Chesterfields
Even As We Speak
Gavin Osborn
The Hit Parade
Jonathan Richman
Die Liga der Gewöhnlichen Gentlemen
_Linden
Makthaverskan
Oscar Scheller
Po!
Ramesh
Randolph's Leap
Robert Forster
Rocketship
Roddy Frame
Saint Etienne
Ski Lodge
Slow Decades
Slowgun
The Steinbecks
The Trashcan Sinatras
The Treasures of Mexico
Trick Mammoth
Tullycraft

Furthermore, I've been asked a lot by friends who've never been, what the festival's like in general. I feel the best reply would be to point them towards that film that was projected onto the wall above the bar. Any chance this could be put up on YouTube or anywhere else for people to see?

Hiiiii!

I had an amazing time at Indietracks this year, was quite a thing to see so many friendly faces again after my 7-year self-imposed exile. Didn't think anyone would recognise me. Anyway I am determined to come back next year and probably not miss another one ever again. Here are some band suggestions -

Young Marble Giants
Lawrence Hayward
Momus
Mirah
Katy Davidson
Phil Elverum
Half Japanese
Ray Gun
Keel Her
The Pines
The Nervy Betters
Palomica
Frànçois and the Atlas Mountains
Death and Vanilla
Julie Doiron
Damon and Naomi
Snails
Lovejoy
New Bad Things (make them reform)

And another vote for -
Tenniscoats, please please!
Aislers Set
B&S
Yo la Tengo
Jonathan Richman
Comet Gain
Frozy
Charla Fantasma
The Blow
The Hundredth Anniversary
Stephin Merritt
Darren Hayman
Slowdive
Joanna Gruesome
Trust Fund
Two White Cranes
Sauna Youth
King of Cats

A million times YES!

The played a reunion show in 2013 (search for New Bad Things, Slabtown, 2013 on the YouTubes, the whole show is up)

Here's some footage... the sound aint marvy but it was shot by Sean Tollefson from Crayon/Tullycraft so complain to him

It would be so so awesome (I'm actually crying real tears now) to see them play Indietracks

Would be amazing if any of the following would play Indietracks next year:

Dog Legs
Slowcoaches
Witching Waves
Haiku Salut
Trust Fund
Two White Cranes
Michael Hiscock & Friends (they played a set of Field Mice songs at Limoges Popfest recently)
Bearsuit (reunion?)
The Wharves
September Girls
Verity Susman
KEEL HER

From further afield:

Beverly
Ex Hex
Tamaryn
Hospitality
Tacocat
Eternal Summers
Aislers Set
La Sera
The Thermals

If Prolapse were somehow able to play then I may weep with happiness.

Hello Pete! I did spy you at Indietracks but was a bit shy of running up and saying hello to people, as I say, wasn't sure anyone would remember as it's been such a long time. It's been a rather dramatic 7 years..! But I'm ok. How are you?!
