THROWING MUSES!

oh my.

I have a feeling my friends would rather do ATP vs The Fans. Will have to convince them otherwise..
and that snare drum, that drum roll
means we've got a winner

Where have they announced it? I can't find any information on the ATP website.

It's looking like a pretty tricky choice at the moment. The whole line up for the Breeders one looks great, but on the other hand DEVO!

Devo sounds ace... and i bet the fans pick a great weekend, but i also think it'll be hard to resist the Breeders weekend...

The official announcement is apparantly at midday today, but the ticket links are already up -

Weekend 1 - FANS 2 - http://wegottickets.com/f/443" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Weekend 2 - Breeders - http://wegottickets.com/f/445" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
and that snare drum, that drum roll
means we've got a winner

Eek! I've been completely skint since August, may be back on track by December - I'm fed up of not going anywhere then and things selling out. I think I'm one of the few people who prefers the glitz of Minehead over the soul of Camber Sands too. I got the chalet on credit card last time, so maybe someone else in my group will get it this time - thinking out loud in excitement here sorry!

I preferred Minehead too. But then I've been to 9 at Camber and only 2 so far at Minehead, so maybe the novelty of having waterslides just hasn't worn off yet.

Do keep me up to date, Modern.

I think it was 7 of us from Swindon last year - we may have enough for two chalets if you're up for it this time. The breeders weekend would be my preference so far, but its early days...

Yes, I'd like to see Devo, but the Breeders weekend might swing it on the whole. I'll see how the line-ups develop.

Ooh, I really want to go to the Breeders weekend. Now I've just got to try to convince some friends that it's worth the money and the trip down (which may be a bit of a challenge).
I wish I could make this train

I'm going to fans strike back one. Spiritualized are the band that sold it to me and I figured more bands i like will play. Young Marble Giants have been added so i was right I'd so looking forward to seeing them live.

Well I'm glad that we probably can't afford to go. Having to choose between Teenage Fanclub and Young Marble Giants would be too hard!
