Woo hoo! Excellent. I was hoping you would come Tonieeee because I was thinking of maybe asking you to do a heavily impregnated with Sarah DJ set. I've been in touch with Lucy the lovely lady who made the documentary and it seems ridiculously easy to sort out. I'm meeting Mel from Magic Lantern film club (http://magiclanternfilmclub.org/) in the next couple of weeks for advice/ help so it looks like its a goer. I'm thinking of small / cheap venue maybe upstairs at rude shipyard on London Road, but any suggestions are most welcome. Its very exciting!

I think some sort of licensing issue means Serious Drugs can't be screened any more.
Ooo thank you for this. I'll check it out.

I'd put this on the Sarah Records thread and the Sheffield thread if I were you.
Thank you - I'll try and get some more details ironed out and then spread the word further.

I love The Rude Shipyard! It would be so lovely to watch it there. And I'd love to play some records. :-D
