SpoilerShow
That was possibly one of the best finale's I've ever seen from any show. It was fucking spectacular. Also liked it not ending on any cliffhangers of note. Had a lot of closure to it and sets up the next season doesn't it?

Cersei is fucked really though, isn't she? They have no wealth (The Tyrells supported much of that), Dany, Martells and Olenna are all gunning for her BIG TIME. Ironically, what may just save her could be the Wights bringing down the wall. So much speculation for next season.

When your only gripe is "Where the fuck is Gendry" then it's not a bad thing.

Giant wights? Wight giants? Either I bloody knew there'd be some of them.

The Daenarys/Jon thing is going to happen soon because of the dragon glass under Dragonstone I guess? Euron is going to be a Joffrey/Ramsey level baddie I reckon. Lyanna Mormont still fucking rules.
Eeeeeeee!

Let's hope so. I was glad to see Nymeria back. Is she the biggest direwolf? I guess the others didn't live long enough and Ghost and is a "runt".

How good was that final scene? The shot of Euron's ship sailing out of the storm was beautiful, then the awesome moment the man himself arrived on a gang plank. Plus he killed two Sand Snakes!

It's like every episode is a finale right now - if they can keep up this pace then it's going to be quite some season.
Twin Peaks and GoT Mondays are such a treat!

Team Daenerys are really getting their arses handed to them in this war aren't they? I guess that clever though Tyrion is and good as Greyworm et al are at fighting they don't have anyone who can see the grander tactical picture, where as Team Cersei have Jamie and whatsit Tarly. Nice to see Bronn briefly last night as well. And to see Olenna Tyrell go out doing what she does best.

"Isn't that Joffrey's sword? What did he call it?"
"Widow's Wail"
"He always was a cunt wasn't he?"

Cersei's revenge against the Dorne lot was properly chilling. Bran has turned into a three eyed arsehole. Surprisingly little to say about the Daeny/Jon meeting.

Dany's clearly going to go full on army-slaying with her dragons though, isn't she? And Jorah's heading to her too who's a far better battle strategist as Tyrion. BIG mic drop by the Queen of Thorns wasn't it? How will that curveball mindfuck play with Jaime, eh?

PS: Needs more Sandor. Much more Sandor.

Good point about Jorah being a better strategist. Guess Dany might dragon up to go and rescue Greyworm? Or is he doomed, this being GoT and all?

I think Jamie is already turning against Cersei a little bit and the Euron thing/Olenna's revelation is only going to drive more of a wedge between them.

Do you reckon they'll deal with Cersei this season and have the final 5 episodes dedicated to fighting the Night King?

I have questions
Show
That info that Gilly found means that Jon is the legitimate heir to the Iron Throne right? Rhaegar was heir so if he and Lyanna Stark were married then Jon really is king now?

Why was the actor Kevin Eldon playing a different character from two seasons ago?

Has Westeros shrunk or something? It seems to take five minutes to get anywhere. Davos and Gendry (yay!) go from King's Landing to The Wall in the same episode, which are meant to be thousands of miles apart right?

Maybe this is why this season is moving so fast, so we can't stop to think about it too much.

I think on freeze frame that was a letter from Sansa asking Ned to come bend the knee to Joffrey.

That was the letter Arya found in Littlefinger's room.

Gilly was reading one of the books from the Citadel and the maester had annulled a marriage for prince something-or-other (hinted to be Rhaegar Targaryean) then re-married him to someone else in Dorne...

Some nerds have apparently worked out that for this week's plot to work ravens and dragons need to fly at around 100mph. Still, Wight Dragon!

Anyone seen the theory that the Night's King planned it all? When Bran did his warg-o-vision last week NK and his mates were stood on the same island that Jon and the Dumb Ass plan boys found themselves on.

But still, Wight Dragon!
